Estate Cabinetry
Many of England’s most celebrated working rooms were designed and made by the ‘Estate Joiner’, a specialist trade once closely tied to the long-term stewardship of period buildings.
Our approach in English houses mirrors theirs. Our work for you will be well made and good value. The design is carefully considered, understated and devoid of unnecessary flamboyance. Every detail examined with the understanding that our work should outlast us.
By applying the principles of estate joinery to our kitchens and back of house spaces, we create rooms which blend seamlessly with it’s architecture and perform brilliantly for modern family life.
Our Commitment
Designing good value, high functioning environments for families to enjoy requires teamwork and trust.
Through enthusiasm, curiosity, collaboration and clear communication our role is to help clients arrive at solutions which feel right for both you and your home.
We work across the UK and occasionally abroad, in both townhouses and rural settings. Smaller kitchens typically cost between £80,000 and £150,000. Larger kitchens typically cost between £150,000 and £200,000. These figures allow for all key elements, including VAT.
We are proud to announce that we have been awarded The Bespoke Guild Mark for work at the Grade 1 listed Palladian House, Trewithen in Cornwall. The award was specifically for our work on the historic home’s back of house spaces, most notably the kitchen and pantry. We are only the third kitchen designer/maker to be given the award.
