In our twentienth year, it is a fitting tribute to our team that their hard work at Trewithen has been recognised on the front cover of the UK’s leading magazine to celebrate the British way of life, Country Life.

Our mission at Guild Anderson has always been to create wonderful spaces for families to flourish in.  We do this by creating rooms which are there to be used. To be there for our clients and their family’s journey. To be dented, scuffed and enriched with the hallmarks of daily life. To tell stories.

No other magazine encapsulates this better than Country Life.  Its pages are filled with the understated elegance of some of the UK’s best residential architecture; some formal, some scruffy, but all family homes which have been immeasurably bettered by the rich patina of daily family life.

Working with the interior design team at Salvesen Graham on Trewithen was a match made in heaven for us.  Their approach to creating classically beautiful and carefully curated interiors which are all, deeply liveable in, fits perfectly with our desire to create domestic back of house spaces with are practical, beautiful and improve how modern familes get the best out of period architecture which was designed for a different way of living.
